Products are offered on a made-to-order, small-batch, or limited-production basis.
Product images, finishes, dimensions, colors, and descriptions are provided for general reference only. Due to the nature of handcrafted, small-batch, and 3D-printed production methods, minor variations may occur and shall not be considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product at any time without notice.

## 3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment has been processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraud, unauthorized resale activity, pricing errors, or product availability limitations.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. AMSAACO LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, supply-chain disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon transfer to the shipping carrier.

## 6. Installation & Electrical Disclaimer
illuWeave products are hardwired lighting fixtures intended for permanent installation.
Installation should only be performed by a licensed electrician and must comply with all applicable local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
Any installation guides, videos, or instructions provided by illuWeave are for general informational purposes only and do not replace professional judgment or code compliance requirements.
The customer assumes full responsibility for installation, electrical compliance, inspection requirements, and safe use of the product after delivery.

## 7. Certification Disclosure
illuWeave fixtures may incorporate UL-certified electrical components and UL-recognized materials where applicable. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the complete assembled fixture itself is not UL-listed or ETL-listed.
Customers are responsible for verifying any local permitting, inspection, certification, or installation requirements prior to installation or use.

## 8. Disclaimer of Warranties
