illuWeave is a brand operated by AMSAACO LLC, a California limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Standard Products)
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy on all standard (non-custom) products. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if opened or lightly used.

Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • All original components, hardware, parts, accessories, and documentation must be included

Products do not need to be unused or in perfect cosmetic condition to qualify for return, provided all included parts are returned within the applicable return period.

This policy does not cover damage or issues resulting from misuse, improper installation, impact damage, abuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, bulb failure, or the use of third-party components or accessories.

Return Shipping (U.S. Orders)
illuWeave covers return shipping costs for approved returns within the United States. A prepaid return shipping label and return instructions will be provided after the return request is approved.

Custom, Made-to-Order & Special Orders
Products that are custom-made, modified, personalized, or produced by special request — including requests submitted via email or direct communication — are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of confirmed damage or manufacturing defect upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos and/or video of the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges paid at checkout, if applicable, are refundable for approved returns
